Imagine exclusive use of a luxurious Lake District country house hotel to enjoy as you wish, you'll have the whole place to yourselves. Three stylish lounges to relax in, a lake facing dining room to enjoy, beautiful gardens and grounds complete with your own private tarn (yes, really!) and 14 cosy bedrooms to rest your heads after a celebration to remember.
We're completely flexible to design your perfect exclusive use celebration - starting with a bed & breakfast price to take over the whole hotel:
1 night takeover - from £3,500
2 night takeover - from £5,000
You can then add as much or as little as you would like from our food and drink options to your group celebration.
Our team can be on hand to spoil you from start to finish or we can simply serve you and your guests a delicious Cumbrian breakfast and leave the rest to you.

Lindeth Fell is all yours on a Bed & Breakfast basis:
Autumn & winter | November - March
1 night takeover - from £3,500
2 night takeover - from £5,000
(Saturday supplement - £700)
Spring & summer | April - October
2 night takeover - from £7,500
(Saturday supplement - £750)

Drinks
Raise a glass with welcome drinks packages starting from £3.50 per person for soft drinks through to £13 per person for a glass of our finest Champagne. If you've got a favorite cocktail you'd like to treat your guests to, let us know and we'd love to make it for you.
Dining
We can offer a range of informal evening dining options starting from £20 per person for homecooked classics like lasagne, chicken curry or perhaps locally sourced pies with all the trimmings. If you'd like a more formal evening meal, our Chef will design and price a menu specifically to suit your taste.
Extra foodie treats
Surprise your guests with some quirky treats - we can offer grazing tables, BBQ stations, sharing platters, children's snack tables, candy bar stations, dessert displays, midnight feasts and much more. Prices start from £3 per person through to £18 per person depending on your chosen treats.
Bedrooms
With 12 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms plus room to accommodate the younger members of the family - your guests will be spoilt for choice. One of our lovely bedrooms is accessible and located on the ground floor should this be suited to any members of your group.
